Menu Plan Monday

Hello again everyone :)  I hope everyone had a fantabulous weekend!  We sure did.  Ours was filled with home renovations  and a trip to a local petting zoo for a birthday party.  It was the perfect weather here for it all too :)  I'm trying something new for this upcoming menu and planning for only a week vs. two weeks this time.  We have so much food in our cabinets, fridge, and freezer to use up so I figured if I made the menus weekly, everything will eventually get used up.

We will be celebrating our son's third birthday this Saturday so it's going to be a nice, big barbecue at our house for that day ;)  I also have to make some cupcakes to bring into his preschool class on Friday, so it's going to be lots of baking, baking, baking over here. I'm not complaining though because I love to bake :)  The rest of the week will be filled with easy meals due to our busy schedule with a few therapy and doctor appointments to attend.

  1. I always admire folks who do menu plans. I usually have a one or two days worth of meal ideas in my head. Everything on here sounds really good. I'm thinking we'll just come to your house to eat, okay? lol

  4. Libby, these sound absolutely fantastic. It is a good thing, I have been on a baking spree and can't fit anymore in my kitchen or I would be baking this, right now.

  5. Chaya, are you talking about the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies?
