Before I get to this Giveaway, I want to apologize for my one week hiatus on this blog.  We had some family issues going on (still do) and I wasn't in the right frame of mind to cook, bake, or keep up with things on here.  The one week break was nice though because it gave me a chance to clear my head a little ;)

Yeppers folks!  Last December, I had the privilege of working with the lovely people over at Tate's Bakeshop to promote their lovely cookbook and scrumptious desserts!  Click HERE to read the post :)

I've gotta tell y'all....they sent a package of these cookies to my doorstep a few weeks ago and WOW is all I can say!  They tasted WONDERFUL!  So wonderful in fact that you would never know that whole wheat was in them ;)  It was all I could do to keep Husband Man from eating ALL of them in one night!  That's how good they were ;)

This cookie won GOLD in the cookie category in the 2011 Sofi Awards, presented at the Fancy Food Show in Washington, DC ;)

This cookbook is filled to the brim with recipes from the owner of Tate's herself, Kathleen King.  She includes  in depth photos of some of them and wonderful stories/memories to go along with each recipe.  I LOVE this cookbook and it has stayed in my cookbook collection ever since last year  ;)
