@Anonymous-I'm sorry they didn't work out for ya :( I remember when I made it, it was hard to drop them individually on the paper too. Which is why it looks more like peanut brittle in the picture. I don't remember the coating being sugary in the end though. That's interesting.

Tasty yes, but there's no way I could get them dropped individually onto the waxed paper before the coating started to harden. I ended up with clumps of pecans. Also the coating turned quite sugary toward the end.

I think those would be wonderful gifts...yum!

These look fantastic! I'd like to make them for neighbor gifts, but with the price of pecans lately I don't think I can afford to do that. I will make a batch for my family though!
